ONE ON ONE TRAINING

Online Training:

This one on one experience will establish what missing in your exercise routine.  We will start with a posture assessment and then go through a customized one on one program designed to assist you in meeting your goals.  The types of topics that will be shared include exercises that correct your body, working with food that you like to eat that will get you results, and motivational strategies.  A minimum of three sessions will get you basic results, and packages are available upon request.  Each on hour is $105 (worth $150 each).  Follow up eating guidance and accountability will help you reach your goals.

Nutrition Education: 

Learn the correct information to help you meet your nutritional needs.  Get your energy level back, discover foods that you forgot you liked, and meet your goals while eating your choice of foods.  Realize the areas where you might struggle to lose weight. and correct those once and for all.  Get your results and keep those results.  Each hour is $105 (worth $150 each).  Follow up guidance and accountability will help you maintain all of your hard work.  

Emotional Eating Coaching: 

Redesign your figure by establishing skills that work to lose weight and keep it off.  Recognize that you are able to create and control the outcome of your health through eating foods that you like.  Realize the power of gaining control and keep those results as a lifestyle.  $725 for four one hour sessions

GROUP TRAINING

Nutrition Group Education: 

Understand what is holding you back in the area of eating better.  Recognize the goals that you have and find out easy ways to create food combinations that you like all while having group camaraderie.  Accountability is a key component and will assist you in staying on track.  You get a Master Foods list and will get to eat fifty percent of your favorite foods.  Each hour is $42.50 (a minimum of 3 sessions) and are worth $125 each.

Emotional Eating Group Coaching: 

Gain wisdom and skill in the area of what you choose to eat.  Recognize ways that you hold yourself back and learn how to finally end the struggle.  Realize that you have the power to make changes and your success will finally break the pattern of obesity in your life.  The best part will be getting results and maintaining those results.  $525 for 4 one hour sessions (4 ladies), or $525 for 5 one hour sessions (5 ladies)

Online Group Training: 

Get your body fit with group training online and have fun meeting your goals.  You will experience support and customized information designed to help you lose weight and keep it off.   Depending on the training, each session will include learning about the muscle groups, which specific exercises help you correct old injuries, and customized nutrition information.  Design your body with a group of ladies that are in it to do the same thing.  Each hour is $42.50 (a minimum of 5 sessions) and are worth $125 each).  Follow up nutritional guidance is also included to keep you on track.

Agility

Agility is an important facet to the life of a busy woman. We need to traverse our busy lives, whether it’s dealing with our personal or professional responsibilities. Imagine what you could do if you were simply able to stand, walk, squat, go up stairs and even run? Pivoting and moving around the world iis a big deal and agility training helps the busy woman navigate her world. The best part is doing so without creating injuries.

Stregth

The busy woman needs to be able to be a strong enough to handle life. Whether handling children or grandchildren, building a business or simply traveling, you need to have the strength to do so. Grab your best girlfriend and get accountably in motivating each other to build strength with this problem. Make sure to understand that building strong muscles is not strictly for “the boys”. You need to become a modern day Warrior that is capable of navigating the life of her dreams.

Help yourself get a more quality lifestyle by setting and achieving fitness goals. Many of my clients lose an average of 40 pounds and 20 of more inches on this program. You will learn how to eat more of your favorite foods and do fun and easy workouts at home. You will even stop punishing yourself and gain results(finally!).
